Mardi Gras starts soon, so grab your printables and have fun!
It's that time of year again and I love Mardi Gras. This year my daughter has been chosen as Band Sweetheart and will ride in a parade as a princess, something I can't wait for :) I have more printables coming soon, so I hope you enjoy!
In A Parade:
In years past, riders have used our printables to make products for to give from floats. You can do that this year as well. All other uses are limited to normal rules of personal use and classroom students.
Decorating Ideas:
Streamers in green, purple and gold fill out a room from corner to corner. Twist and tangle some from tables as well as backs of chairs.
Buy colorful balloons in the same three colors and place around the room. Masks are a huge part of Mardi Gras. You can draw masks to play pin the feather on the mask on poster board with markers, color crayons or colored pencils. Pin the feather on the side of the mask. Look for plastic masks at your local party store to place around the room.
Don't select scary masks, instead look for masks that are feathery and/or colorful with Mardi Gras colors if possible. Beads are cheap and important for your Mardi Gras party, purchase in purple green and gold and you can use them as party favors to put around guests necks as they arrive.
No matter how you celebrate, I am sure your Mardi Gras party will be a hit!
Your Printables:
Fold this color book and give with crayons as a party favor.
Mardi Gras crowns can be worn as party hats.

Take pictures of your party, print on your computer with photo paper and send the kids home with a framed party favor.
